Vanilla cake with chocolate of your taste

Vanilla cake with chocolate, This is the first cake recipe I tried. It is easy and very delicious. I like to share it with you all. I hope you make it and enjoy it.

Ingredients :


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder

How to make :


  1. Cover inside of the pan with a parchment paper.
  2. Have your ingredients at room temperature.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160℃ (320°F) for 15 min.
  4. Whip up eggs and sugar and vanilla for 5 min with high speed, next add oil and milk and just mix them. Then turn off the device.
  5. After mixing wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, sift them for 2 or 3 times. Sifting lets air go through the powder. It makes your cake softer.
  6. Now mix everything with a kitchen scraper. Try to move your hand in circles.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the pan for 15 minutes. Then remove the cake and cool it completely.
  9. You can now design with chocolate, fruits, etc.
  10. The cake is ready to serve. Enjoy!
